  2. I noticed you have ‘an ice cream problem’. Perhaps we can start some sort of support group for those of us who are similarly afflicted? I too often find myself wandering to my local deli and picking up a pint of the sweet cream (haagen daaz being my favorite) – only to wake up the next day face down on the floor of my apartment with a spoon dangling out of my mouth and an empty carton by my side. Staring at food blogs several hours a day is certainly not helping matters.
    Just wanted to say hello. I’ve enjoyed reading and getting more familiar with your site.

  8. Sean – I made my first batch of Pompelmo-cello and was very, very pleased. As you mentioned, the amount of sugar (less is more in this case) was perfect. Wonderous thing this Pompelmo-cello. I’m now trying a Citrus-Cello. We’ll see how this goes. I have a question for you… Have you ever tried to make a Ginger-cello? Any help would be appreciated. P.S. Let’s keep up the protest on Prop 8. Love your blog and site.
