    Does San Francisco need another gay man? I am thinking about moving there for a foodie job. Wine country is just a part of California. I want to experience more. My gulity pleasure is working part time at Far Niente as a Wine Educator with tours and tastings. That I whould hate to give up. I was in Union Square Saturday, my annual treat to myself. I love coming in on the ferry and shopping at the Ferry Building, etc…What is real life like in SF? The noise? Driving? Well…a lot of people do it…

  3. Philsey, we always need more gay men. All the ones we have here are nearly used up.
    Seriously, though, living in SF is great. Traffic’s not bad if you don’t need to drive — I haven’t owned a car in 14 years. And no doubt you can remain a wine educator somewhere here in the city. Maybe convince Far Niente to open a tasting room in Union Square, a la Viansa?
